Taking a Jamaican Classic to the next level! From the Caribbean island nation of Jamaica, “jerk” is a term that refers to both the cooking method of slow roasting meat over a fire as well as to the sauce/marinade and seasoning rub.  Jerk marinade or sauce are used to season the meats and consist of allspice, onions, garlic, Scotch bonnet peppers, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and thyme.

Ingredients: onion, soy sauce (water, salt, soybean, sugar, wheat flour, sodium benzoate added as preservative, disodium 5-inonate & duodenum 5-guanylate as flavor enhancer), green onions, garlic, vinegar, vegetable base (salt, lactose, hydrolyzed corn protein, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, torula yeast, onion powder, autolyzed yeast, tumeric, natural flavorings, spices, soy flour) Thyme, scotch bonnet and select spices.


Directions: Shake the jar, then pour marinade over pieces of chicken, pork, seafood or beef. stir, then marinate for at least one hour before grilling or barbecuing. Simply Put Onto Your Raw Meat, Marinate For At Least One Hour And You Are Ready To Cook In An Oven, On The Grill Or Stove Top.
